Kelly Plastering was born on April 1st 1966 in South Holland Illinois. Kelly Plastering was started by David Kelly from the south-west side of Chicago. After working for Reed Plastering for years he decided to branch out and start his own company. Starting with just one other employee he built the company into twenty plus employees. Implementing the company slogan “plaster patching, neatly done” and a reputation of quality work at a fair price. Over the next twenty three years Dave built a reputation as a fair and dependable sub-contractor throughout the Chicagoland.

In 1991 Dave sold his company onto two of his eight children, Peggy and Dave Jr., the office was moved to Homewood, Illinois at the same time. In 1997, the company was moved to Frankfort and Western Springs, IL.

Always a tight knit family Kelly Plastering employs four of Dave Sr. Children, one son-in-law, and two grandchildren. With a crew of employee’s who have been with Kelly for over twenty-five years.
